attitude

In hurting times, we can't change what has happened but we can learn in time to adjust our attitudes. Try to fall back on a good attitude, have empathy for others, be forgiving to others and ourselves, look and see there is plenty to be thankful for, and never give up, there is always hope!

surrounded

I will not be using my real name because when the murderer of my son gets out of prison I don't want him to be able to find me. I have been working on a grief expression presentation for some months now. I am surrounded by people who also suffer this terrible heart break of losing a loved a loved one at one time or another. Everytime I come across sadness, it saddens me to the point of tears over and over again. If it wasn't for my faith, I wouldn't have come this far through my journey of healing and being comforted; and Blessed with the insite to pass it on to others. God Bless you all and keep you and your families safe in His Heart always. Love and prayers, hugs and kisses. It's okay to shed the tears.
